Our Story

It started with frustration

Infomatrices started with a real problem. We were running a small business and ended up with a pile of spreadsheets — one for inventory, one for contacts, one someone kept meaning to update. They drifted out of sync, nobody was sure which copy was current, and sharing meant emailing a file and hoping nobody edited it at the same time.

So we asked a different question: what if there was just one shared workspace instead? Solven was born from that question — tables with real structure, live for the whole team, instead of a pile of spreadsheets nobody trusts.

That is what Infomatrices is: a small software studio building the workspace we wished we had, for business owners like us.

Small business owners spend hours every week wrangling spreadsheets that were never designed to be shared. We looked at this and asked: what if there was one workspace instead — with real structure, live for the whole team, so nobody has to guess which copy is current? Every product we build is our answer to that question.

Structure over chaos

Every feature we consider, we ask: does this add real structure, or just another cell you have to remember the rules for yourself? If it is the latter, we redesign it. Your data should hold itself together.

We are our own first customer

We run our own business on the tools we build. Every problem we solve for ourselves is a problem we solve for everyone using our software. There is no better feedback loop.

Simple is harder than complex

Anyone can add features. Knowing what to remove takes real discipline. Simplicity is not a lack of ambition — it is the hardest design decision there is, and we choose it every time.

Honest by default

No dark patterns. No surprise charges. No terms designed to confuse. We say what we do, charge what we say, and treat every user the way we would want to be treated.

Small teams, big focus

We deliberately stay lean. Small teams move fast, stay accountable, and build real relationships with their users. Growth for its own sake is not a goal. Doing the work well is.

We build in public. We ship early, listen hard, and iterate fast. Waiting for perfect means nobody gets helped. Getting something useful into your hands and making it better is always the right call.
